Spanish Omelette with Indian Twist is a fusion dish that combines the international Spanish Omelette along with some Indian ingredients making it more of a part of Indian Cuisine. For starters, to make the special omelette with Indian Twist, beat the eggs with turmeric and pepper.

Meanwhile, you can also heat a pan on the medium heat. Furthermore, add oil, saute the garlic and also add the grated potato to the pan. Consequently, you can add in minced onions.
