Desserts are a must for every special occasion. Here is a yummy souffle recipe to welcome the month of Ramadhan. This delicious Coconut Milk Souffle is not just tasty, but easy to make as well. With not much of cooking happening in this recipe, even kids could make it with a little bit of help.

So here is the recipe to make the yummy Souffle.

First, soak the gelatine in 6 tbsp water. Double boil the gelatine.

The next step is to extract milk from the coconut. For this, add a bit of milk to the coconut and extract the complete coconut milk. The coconut milk has to be thick. Then combine all the ingredients together - the coconut milk, rest of the regular milk, sugar and gelatine mix.

Last but not least, blend it all together in the mixer.

Finally, leave the pudding mix in the fridge to set properly for at least 2 hours.

You can garnish the coconut milk souffle with some roasted grated coconut. For this fry some grated coconut in ghee or butter along with some sugar till golden brown and sprinkle it on the souffle. However, this step is completely optional.

Enjoy your coconut souffle chilled!
