 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
 2 tbsp Coffee emulsion

The yummy Coffee Cream Cheese Ice-Cream is easy to make. You can make it in different flavours, favourite of mine being the butterscotch or the strawberry flavour. You can choose which cream cheese to use according to your taste. Make sure you keep all the ingredients ready for the delicious Coffee Cream Cheese Ice-Cream.

Now, if you can't find whipping cream, you can even use fresh cream, heavy cream or even whipping cream powder (ensure that you read through the instructions that come on the pack). However, for me personally the whipping cream version comes out best. I would also suggest to use cold ingredients, bowls and equipments when you make this ice-cream. This will only ease the process and make the textrue smooth.

First, pour the whipped cream into a bowl. The next step is to add in the cream cheese. Continue to beat it using a hand beater till you get stiff peaks on the mixture. While the whipping cream adds the light airy texture, the cream cheese adds a bit more richness to the base.

Next step is to add in the coffee emulsion or you can also use espresso shots for this. Some may also prefer to use filter coffee base. Then go on to combine the flavour to the mixture.

Finally fold in the milkmaid gradually. Now, you can pour it into an ice-cream tray and put it into your refrigerator to set.

This ice- cream normally sets in about 5-6 hrs. You can also leave it overnight in the freezer if you wish to.

Serve it chill and enjoy! You can even garnish with some chocolate sauce or coffee sauce.
