This new Tawa Grilled Egg White Cubes that I bring to you may sound familiar. In fact, many of you may have made the similar recipe with paneer cubes or even boneless chicken cubes, maybe. But here, I have used a totally Ingredient that is egg white cubes (bought via Big Basket).

2

To start with, I made the marinade first for the egg white cubes. For this, I combined curd with ginger garlic paste, lime, chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt. Meanwhile, I also cut the egg white slab into cubes as we do with paneer. These cubes I marinated with this mixture and kept it aside for some time.

3

Then I heated the oil in a tawa and then sauteed the garlic flakes in it well till it turned golden brown. After that, I added the chopped onions and sauteed it for some time till it became translucent.

4

Now. I added in the marinated egg with the marinade into the tawa. Then I went on to saute it well till the eggs were coated with the masala completely. I fried it on the tawa till all the ingredients combined together and the masala thickened completely coating the egg white cubes and dried up.

5

This Tawa Grilled Egg White Cube dish is best served with chapati or roti. I also garnished with a bit of Kasuri methi on the top before serving it. You can also use mint leaves or coriander leaves for garnishing as you prefer.
