Sauteed Green Beans salad is very easy to make. Tasty and healthy, this will make for a good side dish for steamed fish, grilled chicken or a roast. It's your call if you want to go totally healthy or maybe have it as an aside to steak.

First of all you need to sauté the green beans in olive oil with salt and pepper. Simply put you can go on to saute this for about 6 minutes.
This helps to cook the beans just right. (Time could vary depending on the temperature that you cook it in. You can stop when its just cooked, but before the crunchiness is lost to get the best result). Even more, do not let the beans overcook and get too soggy.
Afterwards, for the next step add in the onions and tomatoes. Then continue to sauté for another 5 minutes. After that, you can go on to add water, cover with a lid and cook another 5 more minutes.
Finally, go on to remove the lid and also add the vinegar. Go on to cook for one minute longer. There you have the yummy Sauteed Green Beans salad, ready to eat!
