Banana milkshake is more commonly known as Sharjah Shake in our very own Kerala. It is a very refreshing summer drink.
To make the banana milkshake, you need small bananas or njalipoovan, a variety of banana commonly found in Kerala.
Make sure you use chilled milk for making this milkshake. You can also use frozen milk and crush in the mixer.
First, cut the bananas into small pieces and put them in the mixer. Add the milk, sugar and vanilla essence and blend them in the mixer for some time or till all the ingredients blend well and becomes smooth.
The last and final step is to simply transfer them into a glass and enjoy your milkshake.
