12 Feb Authentic Rava Kesari
First heat 1/4 cup of ghee. Fry the cashew and Kismis in it and keep it aside.
Then in the same ghee, add the rava and saute it well or fry it well.
Pour 3 cups of boiled water and a pinch of saffron to the rava. Mix it well and once the rava absorbs all the water, add in the sugar.
Once the sugar has melted, you can add in the rest of the ghee little by little till it absorbs well.
Once it has reached the desired consistency, you can add in the fried nuts, kismis and the cardamom powder.
Mix it well and pour it into the desired pan.
