Ingredients
For the Marination
 500 g Chicken
 ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tbsp Chicken masala
 Salt to taste
 1 tsp Vinegar
 10 Curry leaves
 1 tsp Coconut oil
To Crush
 25 Pearl onions
 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
 ½ tbsp Garlic
 1 tbsp Pepper corns
 ½ tsp Fennel seeds
Other Ingredients
 2 Green chillies
 10 Curry leaves
 1 ½ tbsp Coconut oil
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
Method

Chicken is one item that can be made in a variety of ways and when chicken is made with pepper as the main ingredient, it is really delicious and spicy. This Chicken Pepper Masala Fry is very easy to make and very tasty as well.

To make the pepper chicken masala, first, you have to marinate the chicken with the ingredients mentioned.

Crush together the second set of ingredients and keep aside.

Now, keep a pan on stove and heat 1 and 1/2 tbsp coconut oil. Then, add in curry leaves and two slit green chillies. Sauté it well. Then add in the crushed spices. Keep sautéing it till the raw smell is removed. If required you can also add 2 tsp of water.

Add in also 1 heaped tsp of coriander powder. Sauté it for some more time. Once the raw smell is completely gone, put in the marinated chicken and cook it well. Add half cup water if needed. Then close the lid of the pan and let it cook thoroughly till the chicken becomes tender.

Finally, add more curry leaves and 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Then roast the chicken well. It is now ready to serve and it goes well chapati, parotta or any other Rotis. You can also serve it with Ghee rice or Kuska.
