Ingredients
 250 g Paneer
 4 Potato
 4 Carrot
 ½ cup Peas
 1 Onion (big)
 4 Green Chilli
 1 cup Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
 Oil for frying
 3 tbsp Maida
 3 tbsp Cornflour
 Water as required
 Breadcrumbs as required
Method

Paneer cutlets are really easy to make and it has all the goodness of paneer and the vegetables added. Kids will love this recipe.
Make sure you use a good quality paneer for this.

First lets peel the potatoes and carrots. Now steam cook them along with peas. Here you can add more types of vegetables according to your taste. Of you want you can add beans, capsicum, cabbage, cauliflower etc. By the time, the vegetables are cooked, we can prepare the other ingredients. Chop the onions, green chilli and coriander leaves finely. Crumble the paneer and keep it ready.

When the vegetables are cooked, mash it with a masher and then mix all the other ingredients to it. Add salt as required. Now the cutlet mix is ready.
Nest we have to make the slurry to bind the cutlets. For this mix together maida and cornflour with some water. The mixture should be watery. You can even beat an egg and use it.

Make small cutlets with the mix and dip it into the slurry and then roll it in breadcrumbs. Heat oil and fry the cutlets till done. have it hot with some tomato sauce.
