 2 Raw Banana
 2 tsp Chilli powder
 ½ tsp Turmeric powder
 ¼ tsp Asafoetida powder
 1 tbsp Rice flour
 1 pinch Salt
 ½ tsp Vinegar

Raw Banana Fry is very easy to make. It hails from the south Indian Cuisine and is best with rice and curd. It can also be had as a snack. Now, that sound interesting!

Find the full method to make this banana fry. For this, you have to first peel of the skin of the banana from the corners. Cut into thin long pieces.
After that, wash it well in turmeric water and drain the water away.

Then, add all the spice powders and vinegar to the banana pieces and marinate it. Keep it aside for minimum half an hour, at least. The more the better.

As a next step shallow fry this on both sides (like you do for fish fry). Your Raw Banana Fry is ready!
This is a very good side dish for vegetarians, especially with rice and curds.
