 2 cups Wheat flour / Atta
 2 Wheat bread (slices)
 ½ tsp Yeast
 2 tsp Sugar
 2 tbsp Curd
 1 tbsp Oil
 ½ cup Milk
 Salt to taste

There is a wide variety of chapati's or Indian bread that can be made, especially in India. Every family will have at least one unique chapati to their credit. The Special Bread Chapati is one among them. It is delicious as well as easy to make. Have it with any special curry of your choice, be it veg or non-veg, you will surely love this bread chapati.

Here are the steps to make this soft chapati.

First, in the small jar of your mixer, take bread (of your choice). We have used wheat bread here. You can cut it to cubes, at the start to make it easier. Then, add in sugar, yeast, curd, oil, salt, and milk. Blend it well till it all the ingredients combine and becomes like a liquid consistency.

Now, use this liquid to the wheat flour to knead your roti dough. You can also add a little water if you find the dough is still a bit dry. Knead well. Then, after kneading it properly, keep the dough aside in a bowl, covering it with a wet kitchen towel. Let it rest for at least half an hour.

Now divide the dough into 8-10 small balls. Rest the for another half an hour. After that take the balls and roll them into chapatis or rotis. Heat a tawa or a pan and cook the chapatis on both sides will done. Soft special bread chapati is ready.
