Tasty Bread Delight - is a perfect snack for lazy evenings. Moreover, it is easy to make as well. All you need to do is make the batter, dip the bread and fry them. Here is the step by step procedure to make it.
For the first step, make a batter of the maida, curd, salt and baking powder by adding a little water (make a thick batter). Then, keep it overnight or for 5-6 hours during the day time.
Next, add sugar with cardamom powder and beat the batter well (to a idli batter consistency). Then, cut the bread slices into 4. Now, dip them in the batter and cover it well. After that, deep fry the bread pieces to golden yellow colour on slow heat. Serve the yummy Tasty Bread Delight hot.
Alternatively, instead of adding sugar to the batter, you can also dip the batter fried bread pieces into a sugar syrup (made into one string consistency), like you do for Jalebi (a mouthwatering delicacy).
