 ¼ cup Peanut Butter (smooth)
 ½ cup Powdered Sugar
 1 tbsp Butter
Ingredients to make the chocolate coating
 ¼ cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips or Cooking Chocolate
 1 tsp Coconut Oil
 1 pinch Salt

This easy to make peanut butter chocolates is very yummy. It is also very easy that even kids can make it. There is no cooking or even baking involved in it.

First of all, mix the peanut butter, regular butter and powdered sugar until its fully blended. You can even put it in a blender and give only a small whip. You will get coarse powder of the mixture. Can maybe add very less amount of melted butter to make it easier to from balls from the mixture.

Then, roll the mixture in your hand and form small balls (you can make either small or big balls, as per preference). After that, leave it in the refrigerator to chill.

Now, put the chocolate chips and coconut oil in to a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, then mix and microwave for 30 seconds, more. You can repeat until the chocolate is completely melted. However, make sure not to overheat it. You can also use the double boiling method to melt the chocolates.

Once the chocolate is fully melted, drop the peanut butter balls into it. You can use a spoon to roll the peanut butter balls in the melted chocolate and let it coat completely. Then, remove the balls using a toothpick or spoon.

After that, you can place these peanut butter chocolates on a parchment paper and sprinkle these with a tiny bit of salt, if you want to. Now, place these chocolates in the refrigerator for an hour or more. Once, it is totally chilled, you can have it and enjoy.
